Of the 146 players shortlisted for 27 open slots in the mini-auction, and Sophie Molineux are the only entries set at the maximum base price of INR 50 lakh. Players have entered the auction across four additional base-price categories.

Only four players have listed themselves in the second-highest bracket of INR 40 lakh, while 30 are in the INR 30 lakh category. Four cricketers have kept their base price at INR 20 lakh and the remaining 106 players have listed themselves at the lowest base price of INR 10 lakh.

The auction pool has a total of 119 Indian players, of which 22 are capped and 97 are uncapped. However, only 20 slots are available for Indian players to be picked. The overseas player pool at the auction comprises 27 players - 14 capped and 13 uncapped - with only seven slots available.

The five teams will enter the auction with a combined budget of INR 8.15 crore. UP Warriorz have the maximum purse of INR 3.65 crore remaining ahead of the auction. Mumbai Indians have the smallest purse of INR 1 crore left but they also have the joint-most player slots (7) available to fill alongside the Warriorz.
