All five teams have finalised their squads for the Women's Premier League 2027, with plenty of player movement. Sophie Molineux, who was pivotal in Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s 2024 title triumph, will play for UP Warriorz for INR 1.10 crore.

Having entered the auction with the biggest purse of INR 3.75 crore, Warriorz were unsurprisingly the most active team. They also acquired Grace Harris, who has played for them in the past, as well as Sneh Rana.

Mumbai Indians made some clever signings, including Disha Kasat and Shweta Sehrawat, who will bolster their batting unit. Delhi Capitals have added more firepower to their squad in the form of Kiran Navgire for INR 75 lakh.

The reigning champions RCB brought in Jess Jonassen and Chloe Tryon to strengthen their squad further. Gujarat Giants acquired Orla Prendergast for INR 30 lakh, making her the first Irish player to be picked in the WPL auction history.
