25 years ago today Ferrari revealed the blank liveries and black noses they ran at the Italian Grand Prix as a tribute to the 9/11 victims. Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello appeared in red cars with black noses for the opening practice session at Monza, three days after the attacks which claimed almost 3,000 lives.
Other F1 teams also showed their support by placing tributes on their cars following the terrorist attacks in the USA.
