India are missing Shreyas Iyer, Jasprit Bumrah, and Axar Patel in the series, with the trio picked to play in the Asian Games instead. But Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli returning to action has created a big buzz around the series.
As for the West Indies, they will miss Shimron Hetmyer, who has been granted rest, and Ackeem Auguste, who is recovering from surgery. John Campbell and Jewel Andrew are making a comeback for the visitors. The visitors have notably not won a bilateral ODI series against India since 2006, and would want to right the wrongs this time around.
