ILT20 season 5 auction will take place in Dubai on Thursday, October 1, at the ICC Academy Indoors. Here are the telecast and streaming details of the event worldwide.
A total of 400 players from 23 countries have been shortlisted and will go under the hammer as six franchises look to build the strongest squads ahead of the fifth edition of ILT20. The tournament is set to be played from November 22 to December 20, 2026.
Each team currently has four players in their squad and must finish with a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 23 at the end of the auction. They will enter the auction with a purse of US$ 1.3 million in addition to the amount remaining from the US$ 700,000 allocated for pre-auction signings.
Each franchise must pick at least 11 players from ICC full-member nations (), a minimum of four players from the UAE and a minimum of one player each from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Teams must also pick at least one player from the other ICC Associate countries (apart from UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia).
