Six franchises are set to build their squads ahead of the fifth edition of the International League T20 at the auction on Thursday, October 1. The event will take place at the ICC Academy Indoors in Dubai at 1pm local time (2:30pm IST, 10am UK time). As many as 400 players will go under the hammer, with some of the best T20 players across the globe registering for the auction.

Players have been grouped into three different price slabs - USD 80,000, USD 40,000 and USD 10,000. The top bracket includes the top T20 players like Babar Azam, Phil Salt, Jonny Bairstow, Alzarri Joseph, Faf du Plessis and Naseem Shah, among a few others.

The USD 40,000 bracket includes some of the young T20 cricketers who can turn the game on its head with their talent, alongside the veterans in the shortest format. The likes of Jayden Seales, Shadab Khan, Tabraiz Shamsi, Maaz Sadaqat, Ibrahim Zadran and Chris Green are a few players who are part of this slab.

All the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia players have their base prices set at USD 10,000.
