Round 14 of the 2026 Formula 1 season heads to the new Madring circuit, for the Spanish Grand Prix, from 11-13 September.
McLaren's Lando Norris took pole position with a superb lap, having previously not looked likely to be in the fight for the top spot earlier in the qualifying session. Championship leader Kimi Antonelli will start second.
Antonelli leads team-mate George Russell in the drivers' championship by 66 points following his win on home soil at last weekend's Italian Grand Prix.
Lights out for Sunday's 57-lap race will be at 14:00 BST.

What is the Madrid weather forecast?
After last weekend's heat-hazard race at Monza, temperatures have continued to be high, with dry and sunny conditions in Madrid.
The temperature for Sunday's grand prix, which starts at 3pm local time, is expected to be the hottest day of the weekend, with a high of 32C.
The new Madring
The Madring has replaced the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit as the home of the Spanish Grand Prix.
The new purpose-built track, which will run for 5.41km around 20 corners, incorporates both street-circuit and road-course sections around the Ifema Exhibition Centre between the Spanish capital and Barajas airport.
Barcelona remained on the calendar this year, hosting the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, but from 2027 it will rotate with the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps.
